Nothing too unexpected or difficult
The scenario involved a father who recently passed and his two daughters who were fighting for his estate. Neither daughter was listed as POC on any of his medical documents and neither has been appointed as executor of his estate. How would I handle repeat calls from his daughters.
Name a particular situation when you were working with an unruly employee. What happened and how did you handle the situation?
They did give me a list of "day in the life" circumstances and asked me how I would prioritize them.
