I was asked the standard interview questions for a position like this one: why are you interested in working for Banfield? Why are you leaving your current position? What is your experience with (various functions required for the job)? Additionally, I was asked several questions on my leadership style and what I thought good qualities were in a leader/manager. And of course they asked the standard 'What are you salary expectations and what do you currently get paid?'
