You would be responsible for about 1,000 customers in your assigned area. A customer can be just a vending machine, or it could be a full-fledged restaurant. Would you be willing to drive those distances?
Name a time when you had to overcome obstacles to achieve a goal, and how did you go about doing it?
Has there ever been a time when you had to motivate members of a team to achieve a certain goal? If so, give an example and if you achieved that goal or not.

Describe a time when you had to make a difficult decision under pressure. Give us the situation, the task at hand, the action you took, and the result.
Standard STAR questions like tell me about yourself, etc. Focus on getting clear answers about the interview process and if they don't follow through with their part...move on!
