I don't recall any "difficult" questions, but I was surprised (pleasantly) at how much of the conversations were focused on cultural fit. They truly get that a huge part of being satisfied at work is working with great people!

All of my interview questions were open-ended yet sharply focused. For instance, one question was, 'How would you design a discount framework in case of XYZ?' While not overly challenging if you have relevant experience, it’s the kind of question that does require a solid background and familiarity with XYZ scenarios
