These are just some I could remember: -Why I left my current job -Why I want to work at iwoca -Guide them through some of my most recent work and explain the design process/involvement/time to deliver / collaboration with dev and other teams -Research methods, insight findings and how/why I arrived at those -Guide them through some work/design I had prepared for them -Feedback on their current products/competitors -How do I work with the dev. / agile environments -How do I work with the mkt team -How do I inspire the team / train them -Talk about design systems / scaling / web knowledge / etc. Throughout the conversation, everyone was extremely friendly, patient and gave feedback at the end.
