It was more of an interactive session.
Dont remember the questions actually but one section of the interview was the generic interview questions... the second section was a technical section where you would be given equations to talk about and propose more efficient synthetic route.
Standard Stuff: why do you want to work here? Questions regarding how you handle conflict...etc. Zultanski told me my chemistry was lackluster and that others do it better. Very accommodating environment...
