The interviewer was a nice person. She started by asking me how everything going on? Then she asked me why does she think that I suited for the job? What can I offer for the job? Plus, she asked me what make me stand up apart from others for the job (basically, she asked me how my past experience can contribute and what's my achievement?)
6. Tell me about a time at work or during a school project when you objectively considered others’ ideas, even when they conflicted with you?
They mostly asked me to describe my experience and why i'm interested in working at Seurat instead of my current company.... major red flag that the interview process is not well-defined, they don't know what they're looking for (or how to find candidates that fit), and might be using the interview process itself as a way to answer that question. Not ideal as a candidate!
Interview questions were basic and not too difficult. The test has some unexpected questions on it though.
