They asked me to describe a situation in which I had to work an employee that was hard to get along with.
Describe an experience when someone was being irate and how did I handle it?
Give an example of a time you had to deal with conflicting opinions?
Explain a process that you followed in college or work.
Are you comfortable working with people who may have lower academic qualifications than you but may have higher pay due to their experience?
The questions are....1) your experience to date 2) your biggest achievement 3) a time you worked well with a team. 4) an obstacle you overcame. There was no 1 to 1 interview even though thats what I was lead to believe. In the group interview name everyone by name and evaluate why you chose the options given.
