They wanted to know why I was working on a year and go to another company. It's because I was working on contracts
There was not one. My background seemed to fit very well so I don't know what happened as they never communicated back to me.
The interviewer emphasised the lack of relevant experience despite seeing my CV beforehand so most questions were related to my current experience and my life outside work. When I asked what made them stay in the company this long the answer was that it hasn't been that long in a defensive manner and that people in the company are great which didn't sound convincing.
