I'm not quite remember the questions but the questions based on WHO's competencies that suitable for this position which are respect for diversity, communication, teamwork, accountability and creativity. Example of the questions: 1. Respect for diversity - What experiences have you had with working with people from diverse background and did you face any difficulty. 2. Communication - Give an example of when you had to explain something difficult to someone who did not have your background or knowledge. 3. Teamwork - Tell me about the last time you worked as part of a team. 4. Accountability - Give an example of when it has been particularly important for you to produce high-quality work. 5. Creativity - Tell me about a time when you came up with a new idea at work. These are some of the questions asked. The interview take about 30 minutes and they are very punctual so make sure you give your answers directly, short and compact. If you did not understand ask immediately. If you are able to give all your answer and still have times then you will have a chance to tell them more about your previous work especially the one that related with the position that you applied. Manage your time.
