They asked if I am okay with change. They made that question very clear because the company is so torn apart everyone does their own thing and changes it all the time.

The first and second interviews I had went well. The questions were personable and I got on well with each of the interviewees. After that I had a final phone interview with The EVP of Sales & Category Management. The questions she asked were very strange...She asked me how many other places I'd applied/interviewed, (I'd been unemployed for a few months), and then asked why nothing came of them. She also made a point to say that Umbra may be a cool and fun place to work, but the workload is very high, as if it's a bad thing and talking with each other at work areas/desks rarely happens because "everyone is very busy".
