The talk was divided into three sections. The fist was a particular screening of my resume. The interviewers obviously knew my resume when asking me questions to the reasoning of certain steps within education and job history. The second part covered question why I apply to the company: Why Fuso | Why the transportation industry | Why Japan | Questions about sales and market The third section was more on the point and involved my management style and qualifications with questions such as: What is your unique selling point (USP)? | How would you react in the following case? | What is your management style? | How would you troubleshoot the following case? | How would you manage a team of high diversity with the following problem?
