Met with two ladies, Head of Production and a senior Agent and both were quite harsh, direct and unforgiving in communicating with me and it was quite obvious they didn't really think I was suitable but yet I was hired some days later. I figured they just really needed someone but once I started at the agency I realized it was just the brutality of the working environment which had been reflected in their attitudes.
