What is your comfort level taking responsibility of others mistakes or short falls? 6. Give a time when you mentored an employee and how successful was it?
They asked about me, what my top four priorities were at work, asked me to give examples of achievements, etc. Asked if I felt comfortable working with and around various materials, and they asked me if I was familiar with Lean Six Sigma.
