There were several "standard" interview questions so to speak, that pertained to my background and experiences, my interests, how I work through challenges, my professional goals, etc. What I valued about the interview process though is that MTW also cared about the personal practices I have in my life to take care of myself and prioritize my wellbeing. They asked about times I've taken risks, job experiences that weren't on my resume but helped shape who I am today, and many other unique questions that tell the story of who I am, beyond just my work experiences.
