They asked me to specifically detail out how I would help the organization scale programs to other cities nationally (including what programs I would partner with in each city.)
Most difficult was trying to understand they were wanting to put in a new program in my market and wanted someone with start up experience. Once I understood what they were looking for ite went very smoothly.
