Nothing really that difficult, however I was a bit overwhelmed by the scope of the need. They were (are) implementing several major process and infrastructure changes simultaneously. At any other company I've worked with, you'd do no more than one or two of these at a time, but here, they are going all-in in all directions right from the beginning.
