What is your definition of a Technical Program Manager
I liked the folks I met, but there was a big red flag when the hiring manager asked me what I do for myself outside of work to maintain work-life balance, which is a company's way of telling you they're a burnout culture that doesn't do anything for you in that regard. They asked for work examples and experiences (verbal, no presentation). Lots of emphasis was put on how fast the company is moving and changing and new hire's ability to handle it.

Initial round was a walkthrough of professional experience. This was followed by a case study presentation after a couple of days. Case study was sent in advance to allow time for prep.
What my thoughts were on the fast pace and flexibility to support the business in anyway?

First Phone Interview: Standard Amazon questions, no personal questions, could be done by computer...(i understand that recruiting masses of peoplae must be standardized somehow, but at least we are humans...) Second phone interview: Some procedure though having a person on eye level on the other end of the line, who obviously felt totally uncomfortable because he had to rattle down the standard questions Personal Interview (Preparation): I was asked to answer the invitation frint up with a small essay which would be discussed in the interview.... ok, kind of assessment, more than fair. but they scheduled several meetings with different persons for a total time of 5-6 hours! incredible....
