The questions were pretty straight forward. They asked what ideas I had for the various goals they have and what I brought to the table. Perhaps the hardest question was, "Given that we've received over 200 applications for this position, why should we choose you over all the others?"
The questions were typical about my background but also presented certain scenarios and asked how I would handle them. I was given a case study to discuss at one of the interviews.
