Logic questions
At the Associate level, it’s expected that you will not have much real world project management experience, though it looks like you DO have some, so that alone should give you an advantage. Additionally, your certifications are all great talking points. In my experience, the focus of the interview process was on my soft skills. (i.e. communication, conflict management, leadership, time management, etc.) You’ll want to be prepared to answer questions about: A time when you had to deliver bad news How you handle a situation when a project doesn’t go according to plan Consensus building An example of a project you’ve worked on/how it went These aren’t the only questions, but should give you an idea of the types of answers they will be looking for.
