According to McKinsey, a global management consulting firm, there is a huge demand for students looking for a platform to do their career assessments. In 2021, it predicts that the unemployment rate for youths (20-24) will be around 10% in the USA. ABC Corp. wants to build a digital platform that mainly targets students who are fresh graduates. It highly believes in an iterative approach of agile software development. We as a development partner need to provide an overall project plan that includes prioritized use cases and a product roadmap. ABC Corp, would love to hear about why and how you came up with the roadmap. It also wants to evaluate the schedule to make sure that the project can be completed on time and within budget before signing a development contract with us.
