What do you do when you have disagreements with your colleagues?
Tell me about the time you had a conflict on working place. Did you implement something new during your studies/work?
Mostly typical behavioral type questions, (tell me about a time when....)
Onsite- All rounds had coding questions and networking related questions as well. Focus was more on coding skills. Most of the questions revolved around data structures and they were interested in knowing the approach the candidates take. It was a good experience. I cleared the onsite rounds, but since the hiring manager needed some one with a strong hold in C, being more comfortable in Java I was not selected.
Talk about a time when your problem-solving technique was not working and how you changed it. Talk about a time when you had to use data analysis to solve a problem. Know your resume (as always) and have stories for everything.
