Lots of cliche questions you would expect from an HR person: "What would you do if money didn't matter", "Is it ever okay to lie", "Who was your favorite supervisor" etc etc. Very disappointed I took to time to participate in an interview for an Accounting position, and the interviewer knew nothing about accounting. At no point did my experience or qualifications get discussed as much as I tried to force it into the HR questions. It felt like a sham, like they had an internal replacement lined up but needed to hold external interviews as a formality.
