I was assigned to sit with another employee for several hours where I was shown the various systems utilized and a typical account. Again, honesty which I appreciated. Afterwards, I met with the manager who asked how I did, how I think I'd acclimate, did I think I would be OK sitting in a small area for an 8 hr day on the phone, dealing with irate customers and stressed-out PM's.
