The interview was nothing but a series of "Here is an example of a performance task: describe an example of how you've resolved in the past." Over and over. The written test included a series of four performance tasks that they ask for DETAILED answers to. "Your goal for this section is to lay out your assumptions and describe how you would handle the situations." The final piece is an absurdly complex scheduling question. With only a cramped screenshot of six different calendars on top of each other, they ask: "Your goal for this section is to suggest a time for the proposed meeting, and go through the steps you’d go through to schedule said meeting. Please be as thorough as possible, outlining the following: 1. Why did you pick that time? 2. What are your next steps? 3. What clarifying questions you might ask (participants)? 4. Which meetings you would need to move or inquire about to make it happen? 5. Are there any other details you think are pertinent to having the meeting be scheduled successfully and run smoothly?
