During the first interview I was asked behavioral questions. During the final interview event I was asked mainly behavioral questions with 3 technical questions. One of the questions I was asked to determine how a tool broke. Another question I was asked to draw the forces going throughout a tool and to determine the points of failure. Lastly, I was shown a part and asked to determine how it was manufactured, and how best to design it in CAD.
Combination of behavioral and technical questions that check for prior experience and determine problem solving skills.
