As others have stated, most questions were "Describe a time when..." It would have been helpful for Greenhouse to ask about the candidate's approach to implementation methodology, overall client management (instead of specific instances), and personal preferences for presenting and consulting (prep, delivery, etc.).
Have you onboarded clients to a new SaaS product before? What experience do you have in implementing software solutions? Do you have experience working with hedge funds and portfolio managers? Describe your experience with project management and how you manage client projects.
