1st round - Telephonic (Technical round) : Mostly the interviewer was very happy with my CV & motivation letter, and my past work experience. So didn't want to test my knowledge, he spent 80% of the time in telling me about the internship and the role I will have as an intern during the tenure. And gave me just five minutes to speak about my work experiences, specifically which was not mentioned in the CV & the cover letter. He said, he has read the CV & cover letter thoroughly and don't want me to repeat the same. Luckily, the interviewer have had the same education & professional background, so we were talking normally, as if we were old friends talking after long time, and he never made me to feel that it is an interview. it was like a normal conversation. 2nd round - In person (HR round) : A typical HR questions, about my motivation to join the company, my knowledge about the company, its sector etc. She also asked my future plans after completion of the internship,and where do I see myself after 5 years. And finally, offered me to ask questions if I have had any.
