"You knew (which there was no where this was provided ) we had a regulation which had to be met by XX date, it is completely unacceptable for us to miss our delivery date and how are "we/SAS" going to hold the date regardless of my excuses?"

I was given a project that had been "neglected/abused" by a couple of prior PM's. The hiring manager's question was "Knowing that we have failed, and that the customer has little or no respect for our PM's, how do you plan to make this successful?"

The Questions related to case study and application of Project Management Principles to Case Study are subjective and can be a misnmatch according to the expectation of the recruiter. Like I had not used agile principles in my case study. The recruiter was more focused on asking how to implement Agile principles to the Delivery of the Project.

The Questions related to case study and application of Project Management Principles to Case Study are subjective and can be a misnmatch according to the expectation of the recruiter. Like I had not used agile principles in my case study. The recruiter was more focused on asking how to implement Agile principles to the Delivery of the Project.
