They asked me to go over my most recent relevant experience, and explain why I was looking to change job and was interested in this one. I finished the interview feeling that they were just going through the motions and didn't have any real interest. 3 weeks later I hadn't heard anything about the interview and assumed I had not been successful so I emailed the HR contact but haven't had a reply.
