Overall, they wanted to know the type of employee I am, my preferred management style, and professional goals. Technical questions based on CEQA/NEPA were more on where to look for information, how to research, what to do when you don't know an issue etc. They also asked about personality traits as AECOM tends to hire people who like to volunteer and network.
