For second challenge: you are working as a Business Analyst within the Food category you’re starting to learn just how busy the role can be. Since you started in the role two weeks ago you have been inundated with requests for information from all over the company and you’ve also now been tasked with managing a national cost change for Hellmann’s mayonnaise. You can see that you’re going to need to be incredibly organised to keep on top of everything and deliver the cost change project in time. At the moment, you’re not confident you have enough time to fit it all in. So I would like to hear from you: • What steps do you take to ensure you deliver on time? • How do you deal with the requests for information from other parts of the company? • How will you measure your progress as you work towards your deadline? • What approach will you take if your workload becomes too heavy for you to manage?

In the case presentation, we had to plan factory operations. We were given a spreadsheet of data and assigned to build our plan based on that.

Describe your management style What would you do in the case of a report under-performing? What are your weaknesses? What would you do if a project fails?
Why are manhole covers round? Talk me through your thought process. If you were a road sign, what would you be and why? Tell me about a time you thought of how a workflow could change for the better and what did you do? There were many more situational questions. Have a few stories on hand of what you have done in certain situations, even if you have to make one up.
