They always begin by asking “tell us about your education and work experiences and how they are relevant to the role that you are applying for today”. They also asked me to reflect on a time where I had safeguarding concerns for a person’s welfare and what I did to manage it. Another question was about how to manage conflict with a co-worker. Give meaty examples.
