Past achievements in my role
They mostly just asked about things on my CV and work experience I have done. Also, a lot of questions on how I deal with customers, a time in the past I have resolved an issue and where I have shown teamwork. Mainly very generic questions, but both people interviewing me were very friendly and welcoming, which made me feel more at ease.
