What are your weaknesses? This is a very common question. If you say you have no weaknesses then you come off looking arrogant. If you try and use humor then you may appear too dismissive. This is a difficult question and the interviewer wants to see how you handle it. So when I was asked this question for sometime I really didnt know what to say but finally I overcame with an answer which I think was convincing
