How have you managed difficult KOLs? Describe a time you dealt with a difficult team member and what was the outcome. What type of publications volume have you managed in the past? How have you gained therapeutic knowledge for an unknow disease state?
Online writing test. 2 hour limit to write an abstract for a 15+ page paper. Including authors, a title and correctly formatting the respective institutes
Why did you apply for this role and this company specifically?
Mostly questions that are to be expected, such as: Why do you want to be an AMPM? Why do you want to leave academica? What are skills/ personality traits that you have that will benefit you? What experience do you have solving problems in teams? What do you think our clients will expect from you?
