Well asked about my previous experience which I have about 15 in print, packaging and fulfillment. As I told them what I did at the 2 previous companies they had a hard time understanding what I did. I guess if you always worked for the Mfg. plant it is hard to understand working at a packaging broker where you manage many projects through your vendor base. Anyways a lot of clarifying and still not sure everyone got it.

Last question was we are going to get together and discuss this with the team, since I was there 5 hours. I followed up the next day with a thank you email for there time and 2 days later followed up with a nice email asking for a time frame on a decision. I got no response from anyone on my email, which speaks a lot not about the company cause this is a good company, it speaks a lot about the 2 people I sent the emails to!
