A majority of the questions were based on my software knowledge since they planned on implementing it in the future. They also asked me questions about my current employer. I thought it went pretty well but then I didn't hear back for a while so I assumed I didn't get it. Human Resources called almost a month later to inform me that I didn't get the position. They felt I was complaining about my current job and didn't really want to work there. That was truly heartbreaking to hear ask I took time of to go to the interview and wanted the position.
