We currently have a fleet of 1000 Audi Q2 cars in Berlin. The 2-year lease for the fleet is expiring in May of 2025. The average mileage for cars after one year is 40.000 km. Please come up with a recommendation on how to manage that fleet.

First Round Interview (with HR): Duration: 30 minutes During the initial interview with the HR manager, I was greeted warmly and provided with a comprehensive overview of the company and the available positions. The questions focused on understanding my background and assessing my fit for the role. Some of the questions asked included: 1.Can you provide a brief introduction of yourself? 2.Could you share an example of how you have effectively collaborated with other departments in your previous roles? 3.How do you perceive the role you're applying for, particularly in terms of its part-time aspect? 4. In your opinion, what do you think ¨fun¨? Second Round Interview (with Online Manager): Duration: 2.5 hours The second-round interview, conducted with the online manager, was an extensive and enlightening conversation. It was evident that the manager was invested in finding the right fit for the role and was open to discussing both my qualifications and her expectations for the position. The dialogue was highly interactive, allowing for a deeper exploration of the role and how I could contribute to the team's success.
