[Group Interview] Around 12 people were divided into two groups, 5-6 people each group. First task was more easy and without correct answers. Second task was more difficult with some math. At the end of each task, there would be briefing of the discussion, reflection on process/teamwork , and almost everyone was required to say something. [Individual Interview] There were two parts of the questions. The first part for the question to your presentation; second one was the usually interview questions. e.g. The values of the company and your own experience example of them how do you learn new knowledge
