Who are you? How would you describe yourself? Where do you see yourself in 5, 10 years. How have you dealt with a "difficult" situation in the past? When have you failed? Share and accomplishment you are most proud of. What skill do you wish you possessed? Etc. etc...
What is your comfort level on conflict on a scale of 1-10.
One question the HR department asked was: Do you speak english.

Are you comfortable hugely lowballing people and making up or finding little blemishes to reduce the price? You will be paid per vehicle you land a deal on so being able to rip them off is how you earn your 300 per vehicle we buy.
