"psychometric tests". these were, in my opinion, not particularly difficult timed critical thinking puzzles that were carried out individually. we were told they were different for each assessment day, but if you've ever done critical thinking tests i.e. aptitude tests, you should be fine. it's key to remember that they're not not looking for the tests to be fully completed in the allotted time, but instead wanting to see how accurate you can be whilst getting as much done as possible. so balance your time with your accuracy.
