Tell us about a situation in which you faced a problem and How you overcame it? 3. How would your last Manager describe you? 4. What will you do if the Developer is not convinced about the Defect? 5. Tell us about a situation where you had unexpected deadline and how you meet them?
Majority of questions were focused on my experience new manufacturing line introduction. The phone screening was more focused on incoming/receiving inspection experience. I wished I was asked more about the new manufacturing line introduction experience as that would have save us both time with proceeding to the on-site interview.
