It was more like I was interviewing them. They asked a few simple questions about experience, but basically I asked them more than they asked me. The one question that was asked at both phone interviews and the face to face was, "How much is your salary now?" I had already given them my salary history for the last 8 years.

Tell me about a time when you dealt with a difficult person. What was the situation? What did you do? What was the outcome?
No real questions, they just wanted to see if I could do the job. However, they were not willing to write a "contingent offer letter". Hummm..
There was no really difficult question since I was offered the position when I was consulting.
