EVERY interviewer asked how I handle conflict? Red Flag!
How do you handle conflicts between co-workers?
Q: How do you handle stress? Now that I think about it, this was a very loaded question. I mentioned my recreational interests, the gym, etc., and I'm wondering if this was a weak attempt at judging potential for burnout. The other questions were unremarkable and I wasn't asked any specifics about my experience, just general questions--as if the interviewer had no interest in diving deeper.
