Demonstrably prove you could use an IDE I had never used before. The position was not for coding, but you wanted proof of being able to navigate and find bugs in code using an IDE not known prior? No prep asked for. The people were pretty smug.
What are the prime aspects that you would consider to effectively implement quality? During your past experiences of quality implementation what were the biggest challenges that you have encountered and how did you overcome the same?
VERY scenario-based. How would you handle <situation>? Typical corporate HR questions to try to test you. Some were the same questions worded differently to see how you react. There was an abundance of general questions that you may have to ask for clarification. They got annoyed, but realized I understood what they were trying to do. Some personal questions were asked, but in a manner that walked the line of legality.
Overall experience in agency work.
