What takes priority safety or production?

Standard process, 1st interview a 'get to know each other', the 2nd a more technical analysis, a little deeper.

I was asked a number of scenario questions where I had to rely on my past experiences to answer
Give all the components of Design quality (what??). Are you familiar with ISO? What are its requirements? (There's a few dozen; not exactly something to be memorized). Have you experienced a deviation? If so say how it was handled (then prepare for him to tell you it wasn't what he wanted) What federal entities was I familiar with? (I guarantee the one you're not familiar with was the one he wanted).
My experience with ISO9001:2015.
The interviewer knew nothing about Quality or Quality Management I was asked if I knew about Inspection equipment.
