However, the interviewer was very rude and seemed to expect a lot more than what the role offers. Despite the position being labeled as an internship with a minimal stipend of ₹5,000, the interviewer demanded candidates who already have at least one year of experience working with React and have managed large projects. Additionally, the role requires working from the office, with no flexibility offered. The expectations are highly unrealistic for an intern role with such a low stipend. It feels like they are looking for cheap labor rather than genuinely nurturing interns.
