They follow a principle of some HR group so when you interview use "I" did this or they will think you didn't do it and be consistent in your stories. It's easy if you want to work there - say you did something odd like visited every diner that was on Guy Fieri's show triple D or that you crochet as a hobby and made quilts for homeless awareness in some downtrodden area and you will get the job or better yet if you have any PR value they will hire you.
