For the first interview, I was asked very typical questions such as why I was interested in the position and in the company. The second interview questions consisted of using examples to explain different scenarios of what type of employee I am and how my experience is relative to the position. In the last interview, the questions were geared towards 3 main ideals someone has that the company was looking for in this position. It was broken down into questions about examples of scenarios I have previously been in the workplace and how I handled those situations. Throughout all interview questions, it was important to relate back to my skills as an employee and how it related to the position.
